SpiderMan 4: Who will be the Spidey's Villain?

Director Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire made deals in September 2008 to direct and star in the upcoming movie SpiderMan 4. In the month that follows, Raimi said he expected to begin shooting for SpiderMan 4 in March 2010. Actress Kirsten Dunst will reprise her role as Mary Jane Watson.
It was reported that Morbius would not be the SpiderMan's villain in SpiderMan 4. The main antagonist would deeply be tied with city of New York, causing speculation about Kingpin, Chameleon, Kraven the Hunter and the Lizard. Raimi, producer Grant Curtis and actor Dylan Baker had expressed interest in portraying the movie's main antagonist the Lizard. The Lizard's alter-ego, Dr Curt Connors (played by Baker), had appeared in the previous movies; in fact in SpiderMan 3 Dr Connors was seen doing his research on animals, which led to his fateful mutation.
