Melissa "Missy" Giove, a 37-year former mountain biking world champion, along with a 30-year man Eric Canori are in custody after being arrested on drug charges. Melissa Giove and Canori were arrested after 200 lbs of marijuana was seized from the truck she was driving. From Canori’s house, FBI agents seized 400 more pounds, plus $1 million in cash! Canori lives near Saratoga Springs. They were moved in federal custody to Albany detention centers. DEA has not released an official statement. Giove and Canori are reportedly not yet commenting.
