Gaining popularity and fame after starring as Bella Swan on the movie "Twilight", Kristen Stewart has signed in to join the cast of "Welcome to the Rileys", which will be directed by Jake Scott. On the drama movie, Kristen will portray 16-year-old hooker who lives in New Orleans.


"I play such a child, like she has the emotional stability of a 5 year old; she's in her own little world that she had to close off at a certain point," she tells Dazed & Confused Magazine further about the character. Kristen continues, "It's the one film so far I mostly identify with."

Kristen Stewart has just finished the production of upcoming biopic movie "The Runaways", in which she stars as Joan Jett. Recalling her shooting time with the rocker, the 19-year-old celebrity says, "It's so much fun. She's the ultimate badass. She was the first woman to start her own record label."

Back in 1997, James Cameron made a great movie "Titanic". The movie lived up to its grandiose title, becoming the biggest, most financially successful movie ever and winning many awards along the way. But that was 12 years ago, and James Cameron hasn't directed a movie ever since. This December, the wait comes to an end.

The self-proclaimed "King of the World" has created something called "Avatar". It's a futuristic, sci-fi 3D flick that combines CGI and live action. Mystery and anticipation have been running high ever since the film was announced years ago. At long last, we have a clue what it looks like. The film's first trailer was released, and from the looks of Search, Cameron is still a huge draw.

New York Daily News reported on Monday that Joe Jackson, Michael Jackson's father said his son's burial will be held on August 29 at a Los Angeles cemetery, which would have been his 51st birthday. He told a Daily News reporter the Michael Jackson's burial plan was finalized in recent days.

Last week media reports stated Michael Jackson, who died of cardiac arrest on June 25, was buried in a private ceremony in early August. But those reports were based on unnamed sources and never confirmed by Jackson family representatives.

A public memorial for the King of Pop was held in July, but there was never an official confirmation Michael Jackson was buried after the event.



The reason behind Jackson's cardiac arrest remains a mystery. The Los Angeles County Coroner's office has completed its autopsy report but its findings remain sealed until police conclude their investigation. LAPD are looking into the role prescription drugs may have played in Jackson's death and the actions of doctors who were treating him in the weeks before he died. Read More and Pics...

Inglourious Basterds, a new western-style war movie starring Brad Pitt has been turned into a graphic novel for Playboy magazine by director Quentin Tarantino. Tarantino has adapted a scene from his new war movie into a comic strip for the new issue of the men's magazine. The six-page short features an animated Brad Pitt and co-stars Richard Sammell and Eli Roth.



Inglourious Basterds is scheduled for release on August 21, 2009 in North America by The Weinstein Company and Universal Pictures. Read More and Pics...
